Terms of service

These terms apply to everyone who uses escortreal.com: visitors, clients and advertisers. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use EscortReal.

1. What EscortReal is

EscortReal is an online advertising directory. Independent adult advertisers and agencies publish their own profiles, and visitors can search, read and contact them. EscortReal does not arrange meetings, take bookings, set rates or handle payments between clients and advertisers, and is not a party to any arrangement between them. Advertisers are not employees, agents or partners of EscortReal.

2. Who may use EscortReal

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
• You may only use EscortReal where viewing or publishing adult advertising is legal. You are responsible for knowing and following the law where you are.
• You may not use EscortReal if we have closed your account or blocked you before.

3. Your account

You need an account to chat or to advertise. Give a working e-mail address, keep your password to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for everything done through your account. One person may not run several advertiser accounts to get around our checks.

4. Rules for advertisers

When you publish a profile you confirm that:

• everyone shown or described in the profile is at least 18 years old and has agreed to be shown;
• you advertise of your own free will, and nobody forces, controls or profits from you against your will;
• you own the photos and videos or have permission to use them, and they show the person who is advertised;
• the details in the profile, including location, rates and contact details, are true and kept up to date;
• your advertising is legal where you work.

Profiles must follow our content rules. Every new or changed profile is held back and checked before it is published, and we may ask for more information or a verification photo.

5. Content that is not allowed

You may not publish or send anything that shows or suggests a person under 18; that involves force, coercion, trafficking or exploitation; that uses photos, names or details of another person without their consent; that is false, misleading or copied from another profile; that asks for payment in advance to defraud people; that is spam, malware or advertising for anything other than the profile itself; or that is otherwise illegal.

6. Checks, moderation and removal

We check new profiles with automatic rules and, where needed, a person on the team. We may decline, change the visibility of, or remove any profile, photo, message or account that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe puts someone at risk, and we may block the e-mail addresses, devices and IP addresses connected to it. Where we act on a profile, we tell the advertiser the reason unless the law, the safety of a person or an ongoing investigation stops us. Content that may involve a minor or trafficking can be preserved and reported to the authorities.

7. Reports and removal requests

Anyone can report a profile, and you can do so without giving your name. We never tell an advertiser who reported them. If photos or details of you are used without your consent, follow the steps on remove abused content. Reports about a possible minor, coercion or content used without consent are handled first.

8. The Verified badge and VIP

The Verified badge means a person on our team has approved a verification photo against the profile photos. It is not a check of identity papers and does not guarantee anything about a person or a meeting. We may remove it at any time, and it is removed automatically when an advertiser has been inactive for three months.

VIP is a paid membership that gives extra visibility and is always labelled. The price, period and what is included are shown before you buy. VIP does not change our checks or the rules in these terms, and a profile removed for breaking them loses its VIP placement.

9. Chat and conduct

Use the chat respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, scam or spam other users, do not ask for or send payment in advance to someone you have not met, and do not use the chat to share content that breaks these terms. We may read messages that are reported to us.

10. Rights to your content

You keep the rights to what you publish. By publishing it you give EscortReal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize and show it on EscortReal and in links to EscortReal, for as long as it is published. You may not copy, scrape or republish content from EscortReal without our written permission.

11. Your safety and our responsibility

Meetings happen between clients and advertisers, not with EscortReal. Read our safety advice for clients and for advertisers. EscortReal is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what advertisers or users say or do, for meetings or payments between them, or for losses that come from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

12. Privacy

How we collect, use and keep personal data, and how you can ask to see or delete it, is described in our privacy policy and on privacy & anonymity.

13. Ending your use

You can stop using EscortReal and ask us to close your account at any time through the contact page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

14. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change matters to advertisers with an active profile or membership, we tell them by e-mail before it applies.
