Trust & Safety
How verification works
What the Verified badge means, how an advertiser gets it, and what it does not tell you about a person or a meeting.
In short
- Verified means the EscortReal team has checked the advertiser's verification photo against the profile photos.
- It is shown on the profile and on every profile card.
- It does not guarantee behaviour, safety or anything about a meeting.
- Profiles without the badge have still passed the automatic checks every new profile goes through.
For advertisers
How to get the Verified badge
Create and publish your profile
Sign up as an independent advertiser or an agency and publish the profile you want verified.
Take a verification photo
Follow the instructions in your account for the verification photo, so the team can compare it with your profile photos.
Upload it from your account
Open the verification page in your account and upload the photo for that profile.
The team reviews it
A person on the team compares the photo with your profile pictures. When they match, the Verified badge appears on the profile and on every card.
For clients
What Verified does and does not tell you
What it tells you
- The photos on the profile have been compared with a verification photo.
- A person on the team has looked at the profile.
- The advertiser has taken an extra step to show the profile is real.
What it does not tell you
- !It does not guarantee behaviour or safety.
- !It does not confirm rates, services or availability.
- !It is not a check by an authority or of identity papers.
- !It is not a rating or a recommendation.
Use Verified as one signal of several
The badge helps you see which profiles have taken an extra step. Combine it with the rest of what you can see: how long the profile has been on EscortReal, whether the advertiser answers in the chat, and whether what you are told matches the profile.
If anything feels wrong, do not go ahead. Report the profile and we will look at it. Reports about a possible minor, coercion or photos used without consent are reviewed first.
What does the Verified badge mean?
The EscortReal team has checked the advertiser's verification photo against the profile photos.
Does Verified mean a profile is safe?
No. It means the photos have been checked. It does not guarantee behaviour, safety or anything about a meeting.
Can a verified profile lose the badge?
Yes. If a profile changes in a way that no longer matches, or if a report shows it is misleading, the team can remove the badge.
Is verification the same as VIP?
No. Verification is a check of the verification photo. VIP is a paid membership for extra visibility and the only paid placement on EscortReal.
Call the local police first: 112 in the EU, 999 in the UK, 911 in the US. Then report the profile to us.
