Tour schedule

Europe has a lots of transport trouble all the time . If l get such problem, I have possibility to change time table of booking .
I am so sorry . I try to do my best, But I hope to your understanding in advance .
During the tour, I can response about booking only between bookings, priority is given to advance bookings more than sudden contacts.
If you want quick response for making booking, I recommend you to ask me in advance. You don t need to wait so much .

Booking in TOKYO /

Even I am in Tokyo, If you ask me too suddenly, I am not possible to see you too soon .
Cause I am not ready to see people if l don’t know in advance .
From the time we receive your inquiry until we meet, we physically need to allow at least 2-3 hours, including minimum preparation time and travel time.

Booking except Japan /

I am listed the tour schedule in abroad, It’s helpful to know your desired time slot if you know your schedule in advance.
Cause when l start the tour schedule, I am so busy with many bookings, And I receive too much messages from people . On the other hand, I am also not possible to reply immediately so often .
So it’s better to know if you know your schedule to meet me .
I hope to your understanding in advance.
If you have just found out about me or if your plans have suddenly been decided, please feel free to contact me.

Out call / receive transposition s bill for round
( I will use the cheapest means of transportation whenever possible, but if you make an out call for a time when it is dangerous to be out at night, I will charge you for the taxi fare on the way home. I will show you the total costs in advence obviously .)

In order to schedule the tour, I pay for all of the bill for transportation and accommodation by my own expense basically .

If your reservation is suddenly canceled due to your own circumstances, there will be a loss in tour costs.

Cancellation due to customer circumstances

The main causes are poor physical condition and delays in public transportation.
Basically, I don t cancel bookings by my selfish reason .
But If I have to cancel by my emergency, cancel for some reason, I will pay the full amount as soon as possible.
And I ve never received the complaints by customers when l have to return the bill that you ve paid . Even once .

I prefer making clear with the payment .
